If you are booking a regular tour just choose date and amount of walkers
If you are booking a tour we discussed via email, then inside the green input box at the bottom of the DATE column write (or copy and paste from our email) the password-sentence we sent you, and choose the corresponding amount in HOW MANY. This should instantiate a payment (usually a 50% of the cost of your tour).
Click the CHECKOUT button: A warning will tell you that sometimes the next screen may stay in the back –if so, look for it minimizing the other screens in front.
When you turn that warning off, a new screen will show, directly from the PayPal Bank
Verify the Date and Items in the PayPal form and proceed with your reservation
Print it and bring it along with you, and remember to call us and confirm before the walk (there may be last minute Meeting Point changes, due to traffic, public works, etc).
This is what we need you to do to meet your guide after you book your tour:
If on the day of the tour you are not within walking distance of our downtown Morning Departure Spot (details below), print the 'Map & Directions' page in our site, flag a cab and show him the text (in Spanish) for him to bring you to our morning departure spot.
We will be waiting for you at the agreed spot and time (we usually wear bright red or yellow jackets or some badge or baseball cap with a Walking Tour sign) at our departure spot (you can check our 'Map & Directions' menu tab above). We will require full payment of any remaining balance before we start the walk.
We will show you all we describe in our correspondence –and much more.
Walks will usually end early (by local standards) allowing time for you to do other things on your own that day (this city stays active till late) i.e. do some shopping before our 'Tango Night-out Tour' (pickup at your hotel’s lobby between 6:45pm and 7:15pm) if you so wish.
